I lead this class which I have found the hardest to judge with the Holstein Dry cow, she is everything that is good about the breed, with a wide chest she has the most impressive capacity, dry in her 7th lactation she is in the most desirable body condition, a cow I would love to see fresh!

2nd, love the marking of this cow, she has a fabulous topline and superb veination in the mammary system, a 5th lactation cow but you can easily imagine her lasting to the 10th lactation, gains over 3rd for her youthfulness and balance

3rd, here is the first fresh cow in this class, displaying real depth of body she is filling her capacious mammary system which is attached high and wide, at the full potential and strong above the hocks the fore udder grip is where she gains her placing over number 2 in 4th place
